If you think you know what's happening with animation then look to the French for a big slice of humble pie. Here's yet another student film that sets standards consistent with the excellence we've come to expect from their sphere of influence. It's called "CutOff" and involves a kid in Louisiana who visits his grandam in the bayou and has a life changing experience. From the École Supérieure des Métiers Artistiques de Toulouse it has a long list of credits including directors. Check out the Facebook page for the film for more info.
