The Global Artist Agency

A couple of weeks ago, by chance, I discovered a place called the Global Artist Agency. They're a new agency, located in Burbank, and the first online talent agency of its kind.

I spoke with the two owners about what they do, and the operation impressed me as something that could be of benefit to animation artists.

They market themselves as an alternative to traditional agencies, which are difficult to get into and once represented, may not do very much to help further your career, or so I'm told.

I'm in the process of arranging to have reps from the GAA come to the next AN Night on September 28. Once I have a firm commitment I'll make an official announcement about their visit.
