Ah the memories of growing up in south Chicagoland. The South Side of the city is home to a large community of Irish Americans. They were hardy and rugged, tough people in a tough neighborhood, full of spirit and love for all.

Here's a typical South Side scene on St. Patrick's Day, this from a backyard get together in 2008...

Love that animation. I remember that from a while back. Happy late St. Patrick's.
