Yours truly as the EmCee
See above for details.
See ya there!
This was a terrific event. Everyone had a great time. It was extremely informative and great fun. The vibe was very upbeat and positive. Even after things wrapped up the crowd didn't want to leave. The library staff had their hands full trying to get the people in attendance out of the building once it closed.
A fine way to celebrate the 14th birthday of The Animation Academy.
Burbank is a truly exceptional community.
Must've been a jam packed night full of creative information.
thanks for havin me! Sorry again for arriving late...
It was an honor to be associated with the host and the panel. Lots of good will being spread.
Thanks to the Burbank Library for putting on the event!
Thanks to the Burbank Public Library, thanks to Tom Narey, Chance Raspberry, Stephen Silver, the one and only Snakebite Cortez, and especially to the people of Burbank, California and the surrounding communities of this great town.
Animation is to Burbank like jazz is to New Orleans or rhythm and blues is to Chicago. It's at the heart of the city's cultural heritage and whenever we can get together with the kids and families of our exceptional community it's always more than just a good time.
The thing I love most about these community sponsored events is the purity. Beautiful, happy people who appreciate your company and are grateful to be able to enjoy a fun night talking about creative things and the bright future of the art and our industry. I'm partial to events like these.
