Is there a chat room

Hello everyone it's Joshua Palmer

I was wondering if there is a chat room located on the site somewhere if not I would like to disscuss art tech and such with someone or in a group. I would just like to know plus if anyone can help I would like to get as hold of someone at the art academy I have no money or anything to enroll but just talking to someone who is a professional might lift my spirts a little after a very tiring and depressing week. I would also like to make friends with other artists and professionals so maybe I might have a future in art that dosn't look so dark and glommy
