I loved the movie %100. Great characters and designs. I love how one of Rango's eye is bigger then the other and how for the most part I wasn't thinking Johney Depp whenever Rango was on the screen. All of the characters had interesting quirks like with the main lizard girl and how she would go into a trance. I also felt that both Rango's journey and the relationship was well earned unlike a lot of movies nowdays. I'm not sure if I'd take my kids to it quite yet since its dark and suspenceful, the couple next to me brought their 4 year old and it freaked the kid out. But all in all a well crafted movie.

I've got to see this movie. I'm reading great reviews one after another! Gotta play hooky from work though!

The movie got a positive review from a friend of mine who's distinguished in animation and shared their opinion. If they like it, then it has to be a good film.

As a continuation of this topic...

It's deja vu all over again as there was an element of the film that I had seen before.

For posterity...
