Hi All (Apologies if this is the wrong spot to put this)

I'm only a newb :o , however I'm trying to create a cartoon television, this is the Television I've drawn.

Image

I want it to Play Mpg4 video or You tube clips. The Trick is.... I want it to play in windows movie maker without any triggers. I also want to be able to split and cut the tv. I know yes, I'm using Windows Movie maker , however I started the project in their and after drawing it frame by frame, I don't really want to restart it. Any help or a step by step guide would be appreciative. :D
