Really nice! Very subtle and sophisticated character animation you've got going on. Great way to get 2012 rolling.

Looks like you've got some nice 2D design work, too. Maybe showcase that a little bit more, rather than just a second at the end? That sort of skill is highly useful landing a job, whether you're working in 3D or 2D.

I had it but was advised to remove the 2d work because it was more of my older work and I have improved since then. I might add it back... I'd like to make new 2d animations because it is something I really want to master at some point.

Master in a long time of course.... Mastering something can take decades.

Yep, you work at mastery your whole life. I wonder if you ever really get there? Probably only in the eyes of others.

I'm not saying put in 2D ANIMATION, per say, but the types of design sketches you have at the end there. Showcase them, that's a mighty talent, and not one all (or even that many) 3D animators have. Make it a centerpiece, to show you're not a one-trick pony!
