DBA Feature Films - Scripts Set in Hawaii
---------------
We are looking for completed feature-length, high-concept scripts set in Hawaii. We are open to various genres as long as the story is either currently set in Hawaii or set in another island locale (and can be easily adapted to Hawaii). We are not open to stories that are set in completely different environments. By high concept, we mean the script should have 4 key elements: a great title, a fascinating subject, a very strong hook, and appeals to a broad audience. In addition to these four elements, if the story cannot be described in one short simple sentence, it is not high concept.

Budget will not exceed $1 million. WG and Non-WG writers may submit.

Our credits include several feature films with worldwide distribution. Please note that in order to protect this company from unsolicited calls and emails, and because this lead is exclusive to InkTip subscribers, we're keeping the company name anonymous.

If you aren’t sure if your script fits, please ask InkTip first.

DBA Feature Films - Ultra-Low Action Scripts
---------------
We are looking for completed feature-length ultra-low budget, high-concept, fight scripts. The script should be plot-driven and heavy on the hand-to-hand combat, martial arts fighting and not get bogged down by too much character development. It should have a similar vibe as an old-school video game, like a "Double Dragon," where the character goes through different villains/bosses in "levels" or in a contained setting such as in a Bruce Lee film or in the famous "continuous shot" scene in Tony Jaa's "The Enforcer." By ultra-low budget, we mean stories set in a smaller number of locations with no explosions, large crowd scenes, etc., e.g. a story about an assassin who becomes trapped in a warehouse with several heavies. By high concept, we mean the script should have 4 key elements: a great title, a fascinating subject, a very strong hook, and appeals to a broad audience. In addition to these four elements, if the story cannot be described in one short simple sentence, it is not high concept. Keeping the budget low for this particular project is key but should still be heavy on the fight scenes, which is why martial arts works best and not gunplay.

Budget will not exceed $200,000. Non-WG writers only may submit.

Big Mind Film Inc - Couch Surfing Romcoms
---------------
We are looking for completed feature-length romantic comedies set around the topic of couch surfing – the lifestyle wherein travelers book couch space in much the same way that online daters book dates.

Budget will not exceed $1 million. At this point in time, only non-WGA writers should submit.

Our credits include 'Outcast,' 'Bugs' (SciFi Channel) and 'Army of the Dead.'
