2D Flash Artist/Designer wanted for Online Games - Canada

March Entertainment is looking to hire a creative, experienced Flash artist/designer to help produce a multifaceted social web experience with integrated games and online events. Flash animation skills are not required but would be beneficial.

Requirements:

Strong ability to design characters and assets in Adobe Flash
Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, balance, posing and expression
Ability to work within a given style, look and feel
Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team
Degree or certificate in fine arts, graphic arts, classical animation or equivalent production experience
Solid understanding of the game development process, its requirements, and the creative ability to transform requirements into deliverables
2+ years of professional experience designing in Flash
Experience designing for games or interactive applications a plus
Flash animation skills a plus
Passion for working in games
