Please help with a few seconds of animation - special need

I wonder if anyone is able to offer me some help?

I`ll try to keep it short. We very recently lost a family member, she is a 15yr old and is/was loved so dearly by all of us. She and her mother (Father died 3yrs ago) recently had a discussion about how they would like their funeral to go and part of it was "arriving late for her own funeral" What i`m trying to do is a very short cartoon (around 5 seconds) showing her skidding into the room (as if in socks sliding across a polished floor)A simple shrug of her shoulders with a `Sorry i`m late` look on her face which will lead into a video I have put together which
will be a slide show of photos from when she was a baby.

I wonder if anyone can help me with this please? I am her uncle and trying to make all her mothers wishes for her daughters "send off" happen.
