WANTED! 2D Flash animators

Smorgasbord Productions & Level 27 Media is looking for experienced freelance Flash animators for an animated PSA for the non profit Music Saves Lives featuring ‘Supa Pirate Booty Hunt.’ To apply send a link to your Flash animation demo reel to steve[@]level27media.com

Qualified candidates will be contacted and asked to complete a short Flash animation test. The purpose of the test is to demonstrate animators’ skills both technical and creative including character acting, ability to navigate asset libraries and character rigging (animating characters set up using multiple layers and symbols).

Our first Supa Pirate Booty Hunt animated PSA "Nurse Boobies Please" can be viewed below

This PSA starred the band 3OH!3 and was featured on many top new sites, websites, etc around the world. The animation is currently playing in rotation on screens at Denny's & Taco Bell around the country. The animation also took home six awards at the Burbank International Film Festival for the following:

- Best Voice Acting
- Best Original Writing
- Best Art Direction
- Best Character Design
- Best Production Design
- Best Sound Editing

This is a paying gig but not huge money. However, as this is for a non-profit charity, the value of your work qualifies as a tax right-off. Your involvement in this project will be great exposure and an amazing credit on imdb. You must be able to start work soon and over the holiday season.
