NYC based "PIXAR" style studio for CGI animated feature film

I am the executive creative/producer of CGI animated features through my production entity: Chasing Dragons Productions here in NYC. I'm developing & producing a NYC based "PIXAR" style studio for it's first full-length CGI animated feature film.

The tax credits & incentives via NY State & the City are now finally here to create this type of production environment in NYC to make great animated feature film content and thrive. I am looking to produce a CGI feature for $38 Million with the "Film In NY" tax credit kicking back 35%, as well as tax incentives from the new USA Jobs Creation Bill.

I am now curently optioning three seperate graphic novel IP's for representation & solicitation as a CGI feature film.

I would love to get going on this via a proof of concept sample from one of the my IP's done on speck &/or create a popup/startup studio to produce a 2 miniute test sequence at a premium.

Need a $600K to $900K start up seed for studio space, pipeline creation & talent hires. Lookin for possible co-production partners with my production company in this venture to create the premeire feature animation studio of NYC.
