Good Health to you in 2012 and beyond through dietThis is a great video.
Dr. Terry Wahls developed multiple sclerosis and despite many years of the best and latest medical care and drugs, she only got worse. That is, until the day she committed to the hunter / gatherer diet. Guess what happened? She became so much better, she was able to lead a normal life. What we eat makes all the difference in the world. Watch this video and take her advice. You'll live a better, you'll be healthier, and be much happier. Thank you Dr. Wahls.

1. 3 cups of green leaves 2. 3 cups of sulfur-rich vegetables 3. 3 cups of bright colors 4. Grass-fed meat 5. Organ meat 6. Seaweed 3 cups is about a full dinner plate. Watch the video to get the details. Great information. It might be an expensive and hard to maintain diet but you'll probably never get sick, have health problems or ever have to go to the doctor, unless you break you leg falling out of a tree while gathering food. Depending on where you live or how much money you have this diet could be impossible.
