Help to find a animation school!

Hi, I'm a 17 years old guy from Barcelona. I'm very interested in traditional animation (2D).

Now, I'm searching a school, but I'm very lost.
In some webs I saw that Germany, France and England are the best place to study... (I prefer some place where speak english)

I was thinking to study 1 year in a little school in Madrid, to make a solid base on traditional animate, and later go to any important shool, with an official títle or where I can to find a job in the future...

Do you know any good school in someplace like England, or belgium...? ( I speak better english than french)

I'm opened to a lot of ideas or hear some names of animation schools!

(my english is basic, sorry if there are some mistakes)

A good place to start your search would be at the school database of AWN.com. They have a very comprehensive listing of animation schools worldwide.
