Hate to be the sour grapes.
But merging names would be fruitless.
Remove the execs,
insert creatives,
hire animators,
keep the names the public knows.

Interesting mental picture Offbeat, but if I'm not mistaken Walt Disney was cremated.
...or cryogenically frozen and placed under the statue of him and Mickey in Disneyland. Whichever you prefer.
