March Entertainment is looking to hire a creative, experienced Flash artist/designer to help produce a multifaceted social web experience with integrated games and online events. Flash animation skills are not required but would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to design characters and assets in Adobe Flash
- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, balance, posing and expression
- Ability to work within a given style, look and feel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team
- Degree or certificate in fine arts, graphic arts, classical animation or equivalent production experience
- Solid understanding of the game development process, its requirements, and the creative ability to transform requirements into deliverables
- 2+ years of professional experience designing in Flash
- Experience designing for games or interactive applications a plus
- Flash animation skills a plus
- Passion for working in games
