Hey Randy - After doing about 6 cons a year for about 6 years, I finally decided, two years ago, to give it a long break. For the past two years, I've been mostly absent from the circuit. I find that my brain has a hard time processing the sensory overload . The whole process had actually become disruptive to my creative flow. Hopefully this time will feel better.

Hey Snakebite - The book is a historical project documenting a part of pop culture that I felt has been completely overlooked. Five years ago, something sparked my curiosity and because I couldn't find any book or documentation about it, I had to create my own book on the subject. It doesn't feature any of my art per se and it is geared toward a totally different audience than the people who usually buy my books.
I don't intend to self-publish the book. I'm talking to a few publishers who are showing good interest. That's all I can say for now. If you drop by during my signing, I'll be glad to have you check it out.
