Yeah. It's hilarious. The timing is pure Williams Street, with the deliberately awkward pause at the end perfectly paced. I wonder if the most wonky shots (such as the odd angle of the car on the ground) were chosen from original SPEED RACER animation, or if existing animation was messed up a little to make it funnier.
