at the Gordon Howard Museum of the Burbank Historical Society, 1015 W. Olive Avenue in Burbank.
The birthplace of the AnimationNation movement.
The Museum entrance is behind the little blue house at Lomita Street and Olive Avenue, part of the Olive Avenue Park complex. A short walk across Victory Boulevard from Nickelodeon Studios.
1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
AN#7 will be catered by the world famous Coral Cafe.
You must RSVP by getting in touch with Tom "the Mod" Narey at anim8or([at])adelphia.net. It's important that you do this.
The event is free for subscribed members who are current with their IE accounts. We're going to use ASIFA-Hollywood as a model for pricing and ask that all other participants contribute $10 to the event. We won't kick ya out or keep you from entering the museum and being a part of it all if you don't have 10 bucks, but we'd appreciate it if guests would kindly chip in with something.
The event is sponsored by The Animation Academy of Burbank, California. Part of the proceeds will go towards supporting the Burbank Historical Society and the Red Cross, which has offices here in town. We want to impress with these two groups with the community's generosity, so please consider contributing something if not the full amount when you attend.
You must RSVP. Like last year, please bring a photo ID to the door when you arrive. You must have valid identification to get in if we don't recognize you at the door.
There's plenty of free parking. Entrances are along Clark Avenue and along Griffith Park Drive. Offbeat prepared a map for directions and here it is.
