Food and beverages will be served. No charge but contributions are welcome. This event will not be covered by the funds from the Independent Economy.
Please RSVP if you plan on attending so we know how much food to order. Send notification to admin[at]animationnation.com. We'd appreciate it if you would let us know you're coming ahead of time.
Please provide a photo ID in the form of a drivers license if we don't recognize you. Tom Narey and Snakebite will be checking IDs at the door. You will not be allowed to attend the meeting anonymously.
No cameras or audio or video recording devices please.
The agenda this year, as always, is us.

And I just like finger food. Meaning I like to stick my fingers in the food. I hope there's punch and pie
JK- I don't eat much. Crackers would be coo. Or those grape leave thingees from last year.. those were great!

The food last year was tasty. This year we'll have more of what people preferred.
Don't bring a pan of spaghetti or anything like that because the Pickwick won't allow it. In the contract, we're not permitted to bring our own food. But if you want to bring a personal lunch that would be fine with me. If that's the case, try not to make it very obvious by eating right in front of their staff, to be on the safe side.

Are there any Montreallers on this board? I'm just south and since there is some animation up there... if they're doing anything I'd love to take a day-trip up there and hang out too.
And even though I don't speak a whit of French I'll not my head and smile like a dumb American. That should count for something.

Met with the Pickwick people and ordered the food. Can feed about 50 people, same as last year. So the first 50 in get to chow down pretty good.
No veggie platter this time. Too pricey and there was a lot left over last year. If you're a vegetarian, I suggest bringing something that you are used to eating.
Soft drinks and coffee will be served.
It'll be in the Regency Room, same as last year.
