Okay here we go! Another contest on AnimationNation.com and here's the theme...
HOLIDAY RUSH
Top prize for the first place winner will be $100.00 cash into their Paypal account.
If we get 5 entries, there'll be top three prizes.
If we get 8 there'll be 4 top prizes.
If we get 10 or more that'll go to 5.
Place winners will choose their prizes from a variety of cool offerings from ANers and Animation Magazine.
Submission deadline is 11:59 pm Pacific time Friday, December 15, 2006.
There'll be a week of voting as our members decide who the winners will be.
Any member of AnimationNation.com may submit one entry and it should be an original work created for this contest.
You must be subscribed to AN as a member of the Independent Economy to be elgible to win the $100 prize. If you win the top prize and are not in the IE, your account will be converted to a fully subscribed account and $15 will be deducted from the prize.
Email address for submissions will be posted soon.
Entries will be judged by their originality, artistic execution and in the interpretation of the theme.

I've been having a great time with this one, working through a few issues on my concept. Great exercise to push my limits a little more, especially when I work something out of my comfort zone.

Okay, as of the deadline which officially passed about 15 minutes ago, we've got 6 entries. Not bad. Everyone has a good chance of winning something.
If you can get your submission to me in a day, I'll include it before we go to the vote on Sunday.
