The next feature from DreamWorks Animation will be opening nationwide on Friday, May 19. That gives us a few days to conduct an opening weekend box office survey.

It's been reported that Over the Hedge brought in $37,228,000.
Compared to the results of the poll with 30 members participating:
$41-$45 mil: 27% (8)
$36-$40 mil: 20% (6)
$21-$25 mil: 10% (3)
$46-$50 mil: 10% (3)
$51-%55 mil: 10% (3)
$26-$30 mil: 7% (2)
$31-$35 mil: 7% (2)
$56-$60 mil: 7% (2)
More than $60 million: 3% (1)
Less than $20 million: 0
Pretty good results with 20% hitting the mark and 34% in the general vacinity.
