Hmmm, they didn't use the title you requested Charles. They just put you as "Character Design, Charles Zembilias"
Did you know this? That sucks.
I heard from Snakebite that he's not even scheduled for a panel yet. How is that possible? I was going to back him with some music but it looks like it's not going to happen. I spent a lot of time getting ready. Oh well...
I see there's an Academy, AN and Charles booth but why is it in Publishers and Fine Art? Is that right? Doesn't seem right. They forgot the "The" in The Animation Academy. Looks like Snakebite didn't get a booth or at least his name on a booth. Maybe they are still finishing the list but probably not since it's tomorrow.

So I don't have a booth and my panels are not even scheduled? So disappointed. I'm not even going now.
So much for getting ready for a show I've been promoting on A.N.'s platform. I really don't know what to say. Especially after Rock N Comic Con came to us for help. I'm glad I checked this because I would of shown up tomorrow with no table to go to and not knowing what to tell people about my panels. WTF?

We have a booth with the Academy. Booth 520. My presentation is Saturday from 4 to 5pm. We can do it together.

Yeah, I saw that but they are not scheduled. They are TBD in the other "official" link that Snakebite has. TBD doesn't seem to be acceptable the day before the event. Snakebite has no idea what time, where or if at all... He has no artist booth either as far as we can see.
I also don't want to drag my whole audio system for the music if they didn't prepare a PA as they were supposed to do. If it is this unorganized, I don't want to risk wasting a whole day sitting there watching my gear do nothing.

Also, my presentation on Character Design - Character Designers Rule The World - is going to be Saturday afternoon May 29 from 4 to 5 pm.
It's going to be a different kind of discussion about character design, intended to develop an awareness of what character designers do and how significant and unique our contribution to the art and economy entertainment is.

I hear there's lots of empty tables. Mix up? Between not getting a booth or time slots for my panels to promote ahead of time it just doesn't matter. Especially considering they came to us months ago and we've been promoting them ever since. Although I can understand the stress of organizing an event, considering the circumstances and how they promoted Musicians and guys like Stan Lee more then the artists I really don't feel moved at this point either way.
I'm not supporting them next year either. So don't contact me for help.
