I'm still very excited for this film.

One minor question I have is if the film has any connection to the Frog Prince story devised by Eric Goldberg back in 2001?

There's a few reservations I have that I'm going to wait a while before bringing them up.

More than a few years ago, Eric Goldberg was developing a clever idea. It was a send up of a fairy tale. Disney, in their infinite wisdom turned thumbs down on the project. Who would pay good money to see a satirical fairy tale?

Apparently, Jeffrey Katzenberg thought somebody would -- and the rest is history.

Other than the critters being frogs, there's really no connection.

Mr. Fun, I thought that was his pitch for "Enchanted"?? Did Ralph Eggleston have anything to do with the "Princess and Frog" idea??
