In 1999 it was The Coming Revolution, now it's evolving into the next plateau of excitement.
There's so many super cool things going on, info coming my way, successful deals emerging that I'm sworn to secrecy not to disclose, this is a great time and a great phase for animation.
A year ago, only the wildest imaginations could've imagined artists dealing at the level I'm talking about. But with the destruction of the executive mystique, artists who've strategically positioned themselves over the years are operating in ways that Michael Eisner himself would've envied and perhaps couldn't have accomplished.
In the weeks, months and years that lie ahead, an empire is going to emerge. One based upon artists! This isn't a dream anymore, it's real and it's happening.
To the brethren out there that are manifesting that reality, use the power wisely, with good judgement and with prudence. Reject the call of the monkey and follow the path of the human being. That's what got ya there, and that's what's going to see you and all of us into this exciting future that awaits.
Go forth and do great things, Nation. And above all, Keep Creating!

Great news. Hope to see more examples like this. Maybe you should start a list of creators who are actively building the empire. Maybe we are all helping in our own small way, but it is great to see individuals actually doing this in the real world.
