As a former San Franciscan, I love pin pointing all the sights in Mighty B's adventures.
I'm still trying to guess where she lives! I'm guessing either Noe Valley or the Inner Sunset district:)

I figured that Bill. There are no "families" in San Francisco where the cable cars roam. Nob Hill, Russian Hill, and Northbeach. That's all old-old-old-old money that does not breed anymore and lots of studio apts and crowded roommate living spaces where hipsters w/o kiddies reside.

The families are all on the west and south side of the city.

Hey Charles, yeah he got it from me and I got it for Bob Foster. I should have stayed. Jim got a nice pay out when they build the train stop.

Wow, what a beautiful show. I haven't caught much of it at all (part of one episode), but hopefully I'll be able to see more soon. Design wise, you can see there's an obvious Ren & Stimpy influence, but there's also a heavy, old Warner Brothers feel to it. The backgrounds look like they're influenced by Maurice Noble's work. Beautiful. Congrats on a great looking show!
