Hey guys,
I'm trying to start a collection of great quotes about animation, emotion, personality, ect. Can anyone help me out by sharing some of their favorite quotes on animation?
I'll start with mine:
"Animation is about the illusion of life, and you can't create it if you don't have one." - Brad Bird

ok bigshot in response to the Bakshi quote: This was from an artist circa 1990 when I asked him how could he leave Disney to go work for Backshi>
He replied: "Would you rather work for one big a#*hole or twenty little a*#holes?"
I think Ralph would laugh if he saw this.
Why is it all my qutoes have profanity? oh nevermind.

OK, I got two:
Fred Moore: "Would anyone but your mother like it?"
Bronnie (on the difficulty of living on a Filmation paycheck): "I'm having trouble eating men's make!"
(Sorry, Bron, I just had to...it's such a classic...!)

With 60+ hour work weeks being the norm.. I'd like to tweak Brad Bird's quote to:
