It's nearing 12 noon here in California, and as the rest of the world has done so, I too will be observing a time of quiet respect for the victims of Tuesday's tragedy. I'd like to ask that those of us on the board also take some time to think about what has happened and to reflect on the ways they can help our friends both near and far.I appreciate the anger and emotion that's behind many of the posts that have appeared on this board since Tuesday morning, and I'd like to encourage further useful discussions, but the last thing I want to see is people getting bent out of shape over a difference of opinion, especially if that opinion can be misinterpreted to fuel further anger. We can be helpful, considerate, and generous, or we can choose to make life difficult. It's not a hard choice to make. In respect and with heartfelt mourning... -Brian Reynolds
