Aren't popular characters supposed to head straight to TV as their own series? Not any more! The "Angry Birds' video game franchise from Rovio is going to the Web instead. Do you think it will be successful? Can an animated series make it if it's not on television? Well, the trailer for the series is on YouTube and in the course of less than two days it has garnered 642,659 views. I think it will do just fine.
