Hello there folks.
Our monthly AnimationNation Nights will be continuing on Tuesday evening,
July 27, 2010 in Burbank.
This will be a post comic-con evening where you can share your experiences
and keep them going if you attended, or make it your own mini-con if you
didn't.
Our special guest for the evening will be Andres Alvarez, the founder of
the Animation Design Center in Redondo Beach. Andres spearheaded animation
education in the South Bay area of Los Angeles several years ago, and
creates many opportunities for animation students through the production
internships he coordinates and organizes.
Here's his blog: thecartoonartist.blogspot.com
And the site for the ADC: animationdesigncenter.com
There'll be pizza and soft drinks for sale, plenty to eat and drink for
$5, plus the evening's raffle with great prizes to offer and of course,
great company.

SKYNET SAYS:
Looks like this AN Night is going to have a lot more going on than we
anticipated. I'm planning on making the trip to LA from up north. Why don't
they have trains or subways here like in Japan? I've been to Japan many
times and the transportation is so far ahead of what we have here it is
ridiculous. The sushi is better there too, and there are local sake
breweries everywhere, and everything is clean and neat and... but good luck
finding Mexican food.
Anyway, since the beginning of AN Night over the past year and a half I've
always looked forward to the last Tuesday of the month, to the great
people, the interesting conversations, the tasty pizza, and it is still the
same....
So come to AN night and give a warm welcome to Andres Alvarez.
