At the start of my career I was employed at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City Missouri. One of my supervisors was a great veteran of the company. His name was Rich Rudish and he was especially renowned for his wonderful paintings of Arabian horses. Rich had a boy who even as a youngster was showing signs of outstanding talent. Today I'm sure that Rich would be very proud to know that his son Paul Rudish is one of the leading artists in all of the animation industry with a long list of credits in TV and is currently the Executive Producer and Director of the next incarnation of Mickey Mouse coming to the Disney Channel on June 28 2013...

CutOut Fest – International Animation Festival – is held annually in Queretaro City, Mexico since 2009. It's a high profile independent platform for the exhibition, diffusion and promotion of the animation industry and digital arts in Mexico and it has rapidly become an international venue for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and proposals.
Every year CutOut Fest creates a Tour Exhibition with the awarded films from its International Short Film Competition to promote the films and encourage the submission of projects from Mexican and intrenational filmmakers. You can be a part of it by submitting your works by June 30 2013. CutOut Fest takes place from November 14 to 16 2013. For more info follow this link.
